Trousers for warmer days

If you are heading somewhere where it rains more often than the sun shines, trousers with a membrane will be better, as they provide greater protection against moisture and adverse weather. It is worth bearing in mind, however, that they are less breathable and you may perspire more during activity. Conversely, in warm weather, trousers without a membrane are ideal. They protect legs when exploring the woods, help keep ticks at bay and provide lovely warmth by the campfire in the evening. Instead of a full rucksack of spare clothing, all you need is a pair of lightweight functional trousers that fit into a pocket. Fastenings? No buttons. We would rather leave those to snowmen, as they have plenty of time for getting dressed. These trousers are as light and breathable as a breeze.
