Dear Customer,

You can return the goods within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please fill out one of the forms below and our customer service team will get back to you shortly to resolve your return or claim. :)

If you’re returning items from two different orders, please fill out the form for both orders, include the information in the package, and you can send all items back together in one box. 

Exchange of goods is not possible — please return the unwanted item (we’ll refund the full amount including shipping) and place a new order.

In the return or claim form, always include your bank account number so we can send the refund!
