In addition, we have equipped the waistband with a rubber band, which is particularly appreciated by the little skinny guys, because it can be tightened. The rubber band can also be removed, if not needed. The bottom parts of these pants don't have elastic cuffs, so that they are “as much pants as possible” and not sweatpants. As the pants do not have elastic cuffs at the bottom, you do not have to worry about them getting wet and you can also simply pull them over your kids’ shoes, when an extra layer is needed. To prevent cold air and water from entering in, there is an elastic band on the back of the leg. If there's one thing moms don't like, it's wet, muddy clothes crumpled in the school locker. That's why we equipped our trousers and jackets with a hanging loop. The loop is large enough for even the smallest hands to be able to hang the clothes up.
