Fine wool (19.5 microns) naturally regulates temperature, provides warmth even when damp and quickly wicks perspiration away from the skin, keeping children comfortable whether running around the playground or on walks. The material is lightweight (180 g), breathable and stretchy, making it excellent to wear on its own or as a base layer under a softshell or winter jacket. Merino also has natural antibacterial properties, thanks to which it resists odour better even after prolonged wear. To help your clothing last as long as possible, we recommend washing it with a gentle wool detergent. Our merino is, of course, mulesing free. The material does not contain harmful PFAS substances.
